Fiance's family too overbearing?

Do I have the right to be pissed off that my future in-laws are too overbearing? Amongst other things which have occured, this evening I'm sitting along because my 25 year old fiance has to wait for his 20 year old sister to come home before mid-night while the parents are out. He said he doesn't want to hear it that he's already confronted his parents about it. I don't get it, once we're married next year am I supposed to be ok with him going home to watch his "baby" sister?????? Uggghhhh!!!! His parents say its not right for his 20 year old sister to be alone at night...is there something wrong with me that I don't understand this?

Christmas trees are Christmas trees. Christmas should be Merry. Every culture has the right to celebrate in their own way. Why can't we just enjoy together?Is it fair for you to call Incubabe a moron when you asked for peoples opinion. Clearly it is about commercializing. This is the time of year when they are going to kiss everyone's *** just to make some money. It's up to us, the individuals, to fall for it or not. What attire for horse presentation: English or Western?

I would go with English simply because whoever decided that you needed to wear a vest and shirt for western has obviously not seen any current western style/show trends. Wearing a vest would make you look outdated--not the look you want to have while giving a presentation and trying to appear knowledgeable. Sounds like you're closer to having an English outfit, anyway--all you lack is a pair of breeches for your friend. You can get a cheap pair for $20-30 in most catalogs or I'm sure she can borrow some from somebody for just one competition--especially since she's not riding in them and therefore won't be getting them dirty or ruining them.

i have just recently purchased it and it was uninsured its the k810i. no stating the obvious liek buy a new one am skint. its also a contract :( . does anyone think i should try and insure it and then claim in a month or so???

Any good ROMANTIC places near Kingston, Jamaica?

My boyfriend's been telling me for years how badly he wants to go to Jamaica when he's done with school. He's almost done and his birthday is 6 months away so I brought us a ticket to Kingston, Jamaica. I was getting a superb deal and had to buy it. I know most of the tourist fly to Monetego Bay but this was just a good deal that I couldn't resist. Now my question how shall I do my planning? Are there any romantic places near Kingston? Kingston is very industrial and I really want somewhere smooth and beautiful, not too far from Kingston. Thanks!

You should just be yourself. How can you suddenly turn mean? That surely would not make you happy as you are a naturally nice person. My boyfriend is sweet, lovely and gentle and I love him so much for that. If you feel women are not coming to you then that is because you are going for the wrong women. I cannot imagine why a woman would not want someone nice. You say you have not had any fun in your social life. Do you mean you have no friends? Being nice should not mean you have friends. Friends should value you for who you are. The only thing I would say is you should try not to be too giving as you can get used that way. be yourself but hold back a little and save all your lovely qualities for people who deserve them.
