Can A Tootsie Roll Hurt A Dog?

*READ THIS BEFORE YOU ANSWER!* Hi! My dog ate two tootsie rolls. She is a small mutt. (bigger than a chihauhau though) I know chocolate is VERY bad for dogs! Will she be ok? Do I need to take her to the vet?
