How do i set duplex printing as default on my Brother printer?

We have just got a new printer at work and are looking to set up duplex printing all the time as we use microsoft word a lot, rather than having to click print, properties, then set duplex all the time. I can't seem to find any option to default it, and i've even checked on the settings on the printer to no avail. Can anyone help?
