Who should i start- matt helbeck vs SF or matt schaub vs Bal?

I've got the same dilemma. I'm actually thinking I'm going to play Schaub at this point. He put up better numbers last week against a much better defense. As much as I believe Helbeck can get it done with any receivers, the guys he's playing with now are just plain scrubs. Not to mention his injury concerns. Even with Burleson he went 17 for 41!
