Why is Bush being blamed for record spending?

Was he not to respond with financial aid and support to NY after 911? Was he not to expend funds for improved security around the world? Which included the buildup of our Military? Was he not to expend funds for aid and istance to the States and their people following a RECORD number of hurricanes? As for Afganistan and Iraq? Both of our dumbas_ political parties voted for both of those conflicts, right, wrong or mislead, they did it. Ol Bush should not be blamed alone! As Senators and Representatives (both parties) its shameless on their part to not stand up and take responsibility. Give Bush credit, by God he has.
