Are open container laws enforced at Ohio State tailgate parties?

I know that in the past police were lenient as long as you weren't acting stupid or blatantly drinking from cans of beer. I just wonder if things have changed recently... can we drink alcohol reasonably if we are discreet (drinking from cups, etc.) and not openly intoxicated? Everyone in our group is of legal drinking age. Thanks for your help!
