Where is the best country to emigrate to get away from America.?

America is broken. I am tired of giving away 30% of my paycheck to a system that enables people to disable themselves (welfare). Factor in the bad economy, immigration problems, and gang violence, I am starting to think that America is a bad place to live. Of course part of it may be that I just moved to Michigan, the great black hole of the US. I think it is time to say goodbye. Is there a country that actually tries to use tax money to improve infrastructure, create jobs, and encourage education?
