Really embarring situation! Pls advice?

Actually,,you have no fault here at all..Your company was ill prepared to absorb the new hires,,and since they weren't prepared,,created the bad business environment..You all should have had proper badges to work with..The fact you changed the p word,,was a matter of expediency,,and diligence to complete the task at hand.. Although you might have brought the matter to your manager at the time,,Your intention was to complete the task..Your manager realizes there is a problem,,and you didn't create it,, you just exposed it.. Your company will never succeed with short cut,,bad business practices.. She brought it up in meeting,,strictly to present it as what it is,,you just happened to be the one who exposed it.. Your manager should be taking steps to correct the problem,,and not carrying on about it..I also don't think what you did could be considered 'stupid'!! Don't be embarred,,and in the future,,try to not push on when a problem comes up,,immediately call your manager,,and let them make the decision.. After all that's what they get paid for !!!
