Should I pressure for a proposal?

Seven years is a long time to be in this holding pattern. If marriage is important to you, there needs to be a serious discussion ASAP with him...it appears as if you will be in this same situation a year, two years, three years from now & you need to find out what he is truly thinking about this long-time relationship.
