Where can I find cheap wetsuits online?

I need to buy a wetsuit for a project that I'm working on, but I have a very limited budget, is there anyplace that sells full body wetsuits for around 20-30 bucks at the most. I'm not going to actually use them for swimming so I just need them to be in as good condition as possible, for someone that is 5' 9" or a little taller, weights roughly 121 pounds, and chest is 36-37". Can anybody help me?
